Important Note:

Once the site is finished and ready to go live online, you will be required to pay the hosting/maintenance fee either yearly or starting with the first month.

If for some reason, you cannot get all of the information to me in order to finish the site, the yearly/monthly fee will be required after one month to keep the site hosted and maintained.

If paying yearly, a $50.00 discount will be applied. If the yearly fee is NOT paid by the date due then there will be no discount. After 2 weeks of non-payment, the website will go offline.
